 
上海華鏞精密機械有限公司于2006年1月1日由上海華中實業集團有限公司與上海華鏞科技發展有限公司共同投資組建，占地面積12000平方米，建筑面積6000平方米，擁有4個生產車間，各類工程技術人員30人，其中高級工程師5人，是上海納鐵福傳動軸等企業的核心供應商。
公司主營業務為冷、溫鍛件和機械加工，目前主要產品為轎車用系列實軸、空心軸、內星輪、三銷軸、保持架等；已獲得ISO/TS16949質量認證證書；公司2009年6月投資5000萬元引進1條溫鍛件自動生產線---德國舒樂公司MMK2溫鍛生產線，精鍛件產能每月達80萬件。
公司通過引進、消化、吸收，形成了先進的模具設計與制造、冷溫鍛造工藝、數控化生產等特色技術和規模產業，具有精密鍛件自主開發能力。

SHANGHAI HUAYONG PRECISE MACHINERY CO.,LTD was established in Jan.1. 2006, jointly by ShangHai HUAZHONG Industry Group and ShangHai HUAYONG Science and Technology Development CO.,LTD. The Company occupied a land area of about 12000 square meters and GFA around 6000 meters. With four production workshops including 30 various technicians and 5 senior engineers, it becomes the core supplier for some enterprises like Shanghai SDS.
The main business of the Company now focused on cold /warm forging and precisemachinery machining, with main products like series solid shaft/ hollow shaft /inner race /spider/cage /claw pole etc for passenger car and has successfully been certified through TS16949. In 2009, the Company imported self-wawm forging line--MMK2 warm forging line form SCHULER Germany,the production capacity of precise forging reaches 800,000 pieces monthly.
